What personal data do we collect from You?

As a Seller or Buyer with LCRE, we request personal information, such as: name(s), copy of passport(s), visa(s), marital status, address, occupation, RFC, CURP, email and phone numbers to comply with the legal obligations contracted in accordance with the contract that is entered into by the owner of the personal data.

Proof of residency with current utility payments, tax payment, registered deed. Sensitive financial information is collected & shared solely & exclusively with co-agency (where appropriate) and Notary to comply with anti-money laundering laws (LFPIORPI).

What do we use your personal data for?

LCRE may collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you visit our website or use our online services, and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by law.

Prepare Listing contracts and Contracts to Purchase Input into MLS (Multiple Listing System) property address, deed information, etc. which is available to other agencies and their agents.

Manage in the legal process of a property closure before a Notary. Marketing on Social Media by LCRE agents, on LCRE website, and print advertising. Change of ownership name for CFE and TELMEX

Who do we share your information with and for what purposes?

Your personal data and documents are only shared with the following:

Recipient of the Data: Real estate developments and/or those who promote them. Whenever LCRE is dedicated solely to the management & intermediation for the sale, the final operation must be held with the developers or those who intend to carry out the sale.

Public Notary Offices: to carry out the due legalization of the purchases & comply with anti-money laundering laws (LFPIORPI).

Banks: when assisting a client looking to obtain a mortgage loan, LCRE shares the pertinent data to the banks of the holder´s choice.

LCRE may transmit your personal data in the cases required in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
