With over 40 years of experience in sales, management, communications, marketing, and real estate, I am driven by a passion to help others achieve their goals. My primary focus is providing exceptional service and support to ensure my clients feel confident and secure in their decisions. After spending five years living in Mexico, including four years offering real estate services, I have gained valuable knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through the complexities of investing in a foreign country.

Navigating the bureaucratic and often daunting process of international real estate investment requires expertise and trust. I hold AMPI 1 and 2 certifications and own property in Mexico, where I also manage a rental property. My extensive experience working with contractors and my bilingual professional team allows me to address a wide range of client needs and questions.

I am a Canadian residing full-time in Mexico with my permanent residency. After living in Bucerias (just north of Puerto Vallarta) on the Pacific coast for 3 years, the excitement of living in a beach town quickly faded once I experienced the oppressive humid months of June to November. The mass influx of tourists from December to May, and the highly inflated cost of living, had me searching for a new place to call home. One visit to the Lake Chapala area and I knew I had found my home. Better weather, infrastructure, restaurants, friendly people, and a lower cost of living contributed to my decision.
As an avid pickleball and poker player, this region offers multiple venues in which to enjoy my hobbies. The area caters to outdoor enthusiasts, with bike paths spanning the distance between Chapala to Jocotepec, hiking trails, kayaking, fishing, and a multitude of groups to appease the masses. There is also a plethora of fresh food markets all across the region, offering produce at remarkable price points. The Guadalajara airport is an easy 30-minute drive from town, making international and domestic travel a breeze.
